Marketing Executive (Part-time) 

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team at Ballymore Services! The role will be part-time (3 days a week) based in our Omagh office.

Duties include: 

  • Brand development and social media management: the ability to work independently to create content and graphics for social media 
  • Correspond with our website designer for the development of new content and website maintenance.
  • Create newsletters for clients using Mail Chimp
  • Assist with branding documents for client proposals  
  • Support the Executive directors in managing events and sponsorships 

Criteria: 

  • A self-motivated graduate with a Business or Marketing degree  
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Full driving licence and ability to visit other sites with the occasional travel required 
  • Graphic design experience (Experience using Canva / Illustrator or a similar platform)

Contracts Manager

Ballymore Services require a Contracts Manager for cladding and insurance remediation projects across the UK.

Reporting directly to Company Directors, the suitable person will maintain contract responsibility for the project, increasing the overall performance of the project especially in relation to quality, on time delivery and overall customer service. The Contracts Manager will also be the lead planner for the project.  The Contracts Manager will plan the workload of the team and all sub-contractors and suppliers whilst ensuring their compliance with respect to health and safety, they will create project plans were required and will work closely with the Commercial Manager.

Attractive salary package dependant on previous experience.

Accommodation and travel provided by company.

The suitable candidate will be required to;

  • Have at least 5 years Contracts Management experience in cladding and remediation projects (preferable but not essential).
  • Hold a CSCS Black Managers card.
  • Managing multiple sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Plan workload with Management. Highlight key issues – commercial, technical, etc and manage these.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities with our Commercial Manager and implement.
  • Create project plans with key milestones and track performance to targets.
  • Liaise with client team to resolve problems and ensure smooth running of project to target dates.
  • Implementation and Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental procedures at all times.
  • Establishing and maintaining Key Customer Relationships at all times.

SITE MANAGERS

Ballymore Services require Site Managers for cladding and insurance remediation projects across the UK.

Attractive salary package dependant on previous experience.

Accommodation and travel provided by company.

The suitable candidate must have;

  • 5 years site managerial experience in cladding projects (preferable but not essential).
  • CSCS supervisor card or SMSTS course cert.
  • Experience in managing teams of sub-contractors.
  • A strong understanding of site safety requirements and ability to implement.
  • First aid training.
  • Proficiency in the use of all MS office suites.
  • Experience in providing site operatives and visitors with site inductions
  • Experience in preparing & communicating RAMS.
  • The ability to report weekly progress to the Managers & Directors.
