Ballymore Services require a Contracts Manager for cladding and insurance remediation projects across the UK.
Reporting directly to Company Directors, the suitable person will maintain contract responsibility for the project, increasing the overall performance of the project especially in relation to quality, on time delivery and overall customer service. The Contracts Manager will also be the lead planner for the project. The Contracts Manager will plan the workload of the team and all sub-contractors and suppliers whilst ensuring their compliance with respect to health and safety, they will create project plans were required and will work closely with the Commercial Manager.

The suitable candidate will be required to;
Have at least 5 years Contracts Management experience in cladding and remediation projects (preferable but not essential).
Hold a CSCS Black Managers card.
Managing multiple sub-contractors and suppliers.
Plan workload with Management. Highlight key issues – commercial, technical, etc and manage these.
Identify cost reduction opportunities with our Commercial Manager and implement.
Create project plans with key milestones and track performance to targets.
Liaise with client team to resolve problems and ensure smooth running of project to target dates.
Implementation and Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental procedures at all times.
Establishing and maintaining Key Customer Relationships at all times.
